Paracise™ is a keep fit exercise to music class that is Ideal for those who find regular fitness classes too demanding, might not have exercised for a long time, or who are coming back from injury. It can be accessible to those with a wide range of health conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, bad backs etc.

Paracise™ is low impact, gentle on the joints and is great for improving mobility, flexibility, balance, co-ordination and muscle memory. Classes are non-competitive, with the focus on feeling good and having fun with a sense of community.

Tuesdays @ 11.15am - Christchurch Parish Hall, Downend, BS16 5SG

Wednesdays @ 11.15am -Ridgewood Community centre, Yate, BS37 4AF

Fridays @ 10.15am - The Greenfield centre, Winterbourne, BS36 1NJ

First class free, £6 thereafter

Tailored 1:1 or small group personal coaching sessions to help you make lasting positive changes in your personal health, fitness and wellbeing.

Your personal coaching sessions could be at your home, local park or your favourite outdoor space.I will provide all the equipment needed to get you in the shape you want to be in.

During our initial free 30-min consultation we will discuss your health, fitness & wellbeing goals, your favourite exercise types and your lifestyle. Then, I will create your personalised coaching programme, including advice on nutrition, mindset, relaxation and any other positive changes you can make to improve your health & wellbeing.
