Helping you be the healthiest version of yourself

I started Nina Taylor Fitness to help people become more active, feel better about themselves, and regain confidence in their own bodies. I believe that exercise and fitness needs to be compassionate, caring & fun - it’s also a great way to bring people together as a community.

My approach is about helping you stay as active as possible and being able to move freely without pain or stiffness, so you can keep on doing the things you need, want, and love to do.

I am a level 1 qualified MELT instructor, currently studying for Level 2.

My other qualifications include - Level 3 MAT Pilates, Level 3 Body Control exercise for older adults, Body Control Pilates for Bone health, Exercise to music, Level 3 certificate in physical activity & Health considerations for the older adult, Advanced clinical weight loss diploma, NASM corrective exercise specialist, Level 3 Fitness instructing & Personal training, Level 3 Exercise referral and Women’s Fitness specialist qualifications.
