Paracise
PARACISE
Paracise™ is a keep fit exercise to music class that is Ideal for those who find regular fitness classes too demanding, might not have exercised for a long time, or who are coming back from injury. Accessible to those with a wide range of health conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, bad backs etc.
Paracise™ is low impact, gentle on the joints & great for improving mobility, flexibility, balance, co-ordination and muscle memory. Classes are non-competitive, with the focus on feeling good and having fun with a sense of community.
