How to use online classes
As a member you can access any of the classes below*, just scroll down to the class you want to do from the list next to each logo and it will take you through to the class
You can try whichever class you like and mix and match however you want.
Please ensure you read the notice at the bottom of the page before commencing any Live or online class.
If you have not already, Please complete an Enrolment form before commencing any classes
*Please note -Classes are intended for participants over the age of 18. It is your responsibility to consult your physician or health care professional prior to starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs. This is particularly true if you (or your family) have a history of high blood pressure or heart disease, or if you ever experienced chest pain when exercising or have experienced chest pain in the past month when not engaged in physical activity, smoke, have high cholesterol, are obese, or have a bone or joint problem that could be made worse by a change in physical activity. Do not start this fitness program if your physician or health care provider advises against it. If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while exercising you should stop immediately.
