Paracise Bristol - gentle, fun exercise to music
This week I just wanted to talk about Paracise classes, the benefits Paracise brings and how to get involved and give it a try.
Paracise is a low-impact, gentle but effective functional exercise class to “fabulous” music.
Paracise is great for people who would benefit physically and mentally from lower intensity exercise.
It's non-competitive - the focus is on getting active, having fun and feeling happier and fitter for everyday life with a lovely group of people.
Its Ideal for those who find regular fitness classes too demanding, or who haven’t exercised for a long time, or who are coming back from injury. It may be accessible to those with a wide range of health conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, bad backs etc.
Low impact and standing only - there's no having to get up and down off of the floor, Paracise can help you improve your;
❤ balance
❤ flexibility
❤ mobility
❤ cardiovascular fitness
❤ lifts mood and sense of wellbeing
If you would like to give Paracise a try, or know someone who could benefit, please get in touch to find out about classes - first class is free!
